About This Project

Cefn Cwm Llwch Ridge

Although the Brecon Beacons are well known for the big hills and dramatic peaks, sometimes we fall in love with areas and views others don’t always take much notice of. No matter how often I visit the central Beacons I always come back with a new image of this ridge that I fall in love with. I can take many images of Pen Y Fan, Cribyn or Corn Du and once home just delete them but for some reason I always have one of this beautiful ridge that I will keep. A fellow photographer caught me perched on the side of Pen Y Fan one day in the howling wind and snow taking shots of Cefn Cwm Llwch whilst everyone else was focusing on the big hills. He commented “I see your taking pictures of your ridge line again”
