As a landscape photographer I tend to spend most of the time composing an image with no signs of human life or intervention. Producing images that show the landscapes in their natural form, as they would have looked many years ago. In this project however, I wanted to include the human form and how it interacts with the landscape, sometimes helping to create a scene a sense of scale to a scene. I also find that a scene can take on a very different feel depending on what the person is doing within the image. If the person within the image is partaking in an activity you yourself enjoy or love then it can bring on emotions that may not occur if they were not present.
